Balance the advantage and disadvantage
I am a new immigrant and I didn’t know anything about Australian family law. With coaching and assistance from Jacqui, I am able to represent myself in the Court, then I use Jacqui to prepare legal docs as her legal documentation skill is such amazing.
A good lawyer is not only to meet client’s expectation, they will also balance the advantage and disadvantage for the client. Jacqui also point out if she felt it’s not worth for me to fight something in the court, that’s very important, sometime the cost (time and money) that we spend might be not worthy.
