Self Represent
Our mission is to offer you the most cost-effective way through the Court process in order to settle your family law matter.
By ensuring that your documentation is correctly processed and submitted in a timely fashion, you will have a less stressful journey knowing that your matter is on the right track as required by the Court.
Self Representation can save you thousands of dollars, and we can offer you as little or as much support as you feel you need to help manage the court process feeling confident and empowered.
What this means practically, you can ask us just to give you some advice, check and edit some documents eg affidavits or be your lawyer just for one court event or just a period of time, eg sort out an expert report for example. It's up to you to say what your budget is and what you want to do and what you want us to do and then we come to an agreement for our unbundled legal services.
